SCE carried out the renovation of two existing buildings and the complete interior fit-out. The scope ran from groundworks and external finishes through sanitary installations to the furnished accommodation rooms — including the metal beds and lockers, fabricated in-house to the dimensions of the rooms. The washrooms were finished throughout: tiling, shower cubicles and installations. Working across construction and metal fabrication on a single site keeps the interfaces between trades inside one company.
