What happens to the details you send through the contact form on this site.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number and the text of your message. There is no registration, no user account, and we do not gather information about you from any other source.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. We do not sell your details, do not pass them to third parties for marketing, and do not add you to any mailing list.
Who else handles it
The form submission is delivered by the Web3Forms service, which forwards the message to our address, info@sce.ba. From there it sits in that mailbox with our hosting provider, like any other email you send us.
How long we keep it
We keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to answer the enquiry and for any work that follows from it. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, tell us and we will do it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics tools and loads no visitor-tracking scripts. That is why there is no cookie consent banner. The only content served from another server is the map on the Contact page, which loads from openstreetmap.org.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
